hi all,
i feel quite proud today...i took my little 3yr old boy out with his bob the builder scooter today around my local area which ive not done for along time due to all the bad anxiety and mild depression i fell into ive been suffering,and didnt feel panicy out it was just a nice calm walk,am on week 4 of mirtazapine think its starting to do what ive been wanting it to do with the anxiety part of it. think if i continue to have lil walks with my son everyday will get me back to how i was before xmas hopefully. :yesyes:
