I thought i had overcome my panic attacks a little but obviously havent. i have a meeting tomorrow which will last up to 30 minutes. i know its not long but it feels like a while when i am in there. I am not sure how to control myself when i do get any attacks. Any ideas to help me? :shrug:

No tsure whether you'll see this before you have your meeting, but try and concentrate on what's going on outside you as much as possible, as in my experience when you start to focus what's going on inside your own body, it's more likely you'll start to panic as you become hyperaware of everything. If possible, take a pen and paper with you to make notes, as this will give you something else to focus on, and will also help you remember the content of the meeting.

I didnt read this in time, but i didnt get a panic attack. thankyou for your advise and i will use it in the future :)
