I had a CT scan last year, the results take a while to analyse as they take so many pics of you. It's not like an X-Ray where a break is obvious, a specialist needs to look at your results. It can take a week to get the report back.

Hi Sorry for the late reply, just seen your post.
When I had the chest done they were looking specifically at my heart and valve filling times so when I came out of the room, the consultant met me and said "nothing looks bad on there, full report in a week" That helped me.
