New Here Today, need help and Support!

:ohmy:Hi Im new tonight on here. Had panic attacks since I was 20 and now 43, been on propranolol all those years and now think the bad side effects are catching up with me. I am scared to come off them, but am having chest pain, low blood pressure and i think dizzy spells caused by i think low blood sugar. NEED HELP to get off these tablets!!! Hi to everone so glad i found this site.
