In my right foot, 2nd and 3rd toe, almost every night, why? I daren't google it because dr google will tell me I will die. I usually don't think much of it because I'm half asleep, but I just got it now and it drives me mad! And having my laptop in front of me I can ask now because usually as I say I'm sleeping!
Sometimes it'll go into my foot and really really hurts.
I've come to be able to just press my foot down, usually into my matress to stop it but does anyone know why it might do it?
I've no idea if this is relevent but I swear this is exactly where I got my first ever muscle cramp back when I was like 14/15 :shrug:
