Was awoken at 7am this morning by gripping pains in my upper left arm. managed to get back to sleep until now and was woken by the same thing.
the best way to describe it is like some hs inflated a BP machine too tight around it and then it stabs into my elbow and middle back and cramps all over stomach (keeps moving fromplace to place)
HELP as ive got myself into a real state and now got a blinding headache (no real chest pain any worse than usual but i did stop ibroprofen 3 days ago for muscularskeletal pain as i thought it was raising my BP but it hasnt made any difference
