I am currently looking into getting hypnotherapy to get over my emetophobia, and wondered if anyone could give me some advice
I have contacted 2 hypnotherapists, and although they seem great, the prices are high. Although one is only £30 a session, with all of the sessions, it will cose mt £210, which is money I will just never have !
I am going to make an appointment to see my doctor in the week to see if theres anything that can be done on the NHS because I need something doing but I cannot afford to do it privately. I am aware there is a waiting list but I am prepared to wait as I believe that it is worth it.
What do you all think is the best option for me ?
