Hi guys,

Have been seeing therapist since Septemeber with little improvement really, still suffering from bad depression and anxiety too.

I have looked on various websites etc but am struggling to find a therapist who will do what i want....a solution based therapy, more CBT based i guess.

can anyone help at all?

many thanks,
Sarah

Hi Sarah

Have you spoken to your doctor hopefully they will be able to help you out or point you in the direction of someone else than can.

Hope this helps.

just to say i went and was a totally different approach to my previous therapist but also a lot better i think in terms of actually makine you feel better and getting towards your goal....mine being able to work and feel ok about it : )

Hi Sarah,

Glad it is going well for you. Keep us informed of how it is going, it's always interesting to read experiences of therapy working.

Great news Sarah.

I think this kind of approach is likely to be much more helpful for you.
