Did laundry for the first time in months evn though i panicked!!! =)

Today I had to do laundry for my mom since she wasn't feeling well. The laundromat is a bit far from my house.

As soon as I left the house I was panicky that resulted in a panic attack while putting the clothes to wash. I palpitated my way through it and I just got home feeling tired but happy that I got through it.

I really wanna start to continue to do my old things I used to do and get my life back. :blush:

Well done you! Its amazing what we can get through if we have to. Im glad you had the courage to see the panic through, as we all know how easy it is to just get up and run away.
