I have just had a PM from imp_89 asking me how long does a panic attack last!!!

If you are genuine then please introduce yourself to everyone and we can all help you.
I am having a tough day to-day and I don't mind helping or supporting anyone but it just seems strange to me from viewing your profile that you have just joined and immediately you PM me with a question for which there is no specific answer or am I paranoid?
