Hi everyone,
Allow me to in introduce myself. I'm a 31 year-old man from Belgium. I've been suffering from anxiety since I was 17 years old (I.B.S) and I had my first full blown panic attack when I was 22. Ever since that night I've been anxious and have bouts of panic. I've started taking Effexor (Venlafaxine ) in 2006 and gradually came of them in 2009. Things went well for a little while but then, in February 2010 it all came screaming back in to my life. Now it seems to have gotten worse.
I've started therapy with a psycho analyst last week. I hope it gets me somewhere. I hope this forum can provide me with some answers and reassurances.
