choclate triggering anxiety?

hi has anyone of you experienced anxiety the night/day after eating a whole bar. it s my favorite one that s doing this. ritter sport nougat...i llllooove it...:huh::shrug:

Well chocolate has caffeine in it so it could be that

Oh nooooooooooooo - I would be so sad if chocolate did that to me (especially Cadbury's whole nut :D).

Bet Nicola is right about the caffeine - bummer!
