I havent posted for quite a while on here, that doesnt mean everything has been OK though :(
I've suffered from anxiety to some degree for as long as I remember, but it turned into panic attacks about 5 years ago - luckily I managed to control those and I dont get them now,
The problem is - this damn worrying - I'm fed up of it all, just as I combat one worry another one lurks around the corner - and I know that 'normal' people wouldnt worry about what I do - but that doesnt help me
I tried CBT but it didnt work for me, I dont want to take meds, I have read Clare Weekes book. What else can I do? I know that PMT is a trigger, but only sussed that one out recently - getting worse as I get older.
I work in healthcare - and am a part time student of occupational therapy, I could really do to sort myself out - as its getting in the way of my life.
I just want to feel legitimately happy - not just an act for everyone else
Sorry for the rambling - theres no one else I can talk to, I dont want to burden my loved ones with all of this.
