Tight jaw

Did anyone have tight feeling in jaw, its something to describe like, if you put lemon in your mouth your feeling in mouth for that second, its hard to describe, very odd feeling, feels tight

yeah i have that, i also clench my teeth alot

Lots of it
I have lots of problems with my abdomen, bloated, pressure, hard to breath
Tickly feeling in stomach and teeth, week legs and arms, and many others

Hi read that when your hit with anxiety your natural reaction is to stick your Tongue to the roof of your mouth. In doing this tension spreads to your throat and jaw, advice I read was to be aware of how you hold you Tongue and hold it lower in your mouth. It may help.
