Hi im Jonny, im new, and i want to find out more about my problem with not sleeping. I've had it for like 2 years now but its really getting worse now, every time i try and sleep, really bad and quite frightening images show in my head and sometimes (this is the worst part) is I hear voices sometime whispering and that really freaks me out. I also sometimes get where i think really fast and it goes onto different strange subject, then i tell my self STOP and it gets worse. If anyone has the same thing, id really like to talk to you about it
