Hey everyone,
for years now i have had hard to describe problems with a senstation of spinning ..almost like im in a rollercoaster and my brain is looping it.
It seems to happen 3 times almost like a lucid dream where i am aware i am asleep. I dont like the feeling and try to wake up. I seem to wake up but feel i am asleep but can get the sensation that i am asleep, trying to get up and moving around. Sometimes i feel i have got up & am disorientated and other times its like i cant get up but want to.
I then have the spinning sensation again, followed by another feeling of wanting to wake up or waking up but feeling asleep.
After this i suddenly awake feeling awful and disorientated.
And so on.
I am not on any medication as when i was it used to happen durin daytime as well.
Please could someone let me know if this has happened to them or what to do about it? Its leaving me quite tired.
