Hi,
My partner is a sufferer of PTSD, which is caused by his time in the army...what he saw,dealt with etc.
He is undergoing EMDR treatment at present.
He has : flashbacks
difficulty falling asleep
afraid of loud noises,jumpy and scared
etc
I am trying my utmost to understand what he is dealing with.does anybody know where i can find a support group in the Newcastle are so i can help my partner deal with this more??
