My neck keeps going into spasm and giving me a thumping headache at the back of my head. it happens about twice a day- i dont know what to do!!

I have had upper neck pain and stiffness causing a constant headache for months. It must be related to tension/stress/anxiety. There are so many ways to try to loosen it up and calm down the nerves. Hot bath, massage, acupuncture, sitting correctly at desk, etc. I am working on it so hard but get discouraged by the pain. Are there others out there suffering from chronic head pain related to the neck?

well i've had a headache for nearly a week, and a stiff neck, so i assume the musles in my neck are very tense, meaning they are pulling down on your head causing the head pains like mine, its a very weird feeling, another symptom of this is also my head being very tender to touch, but its all fine. If your really concerned go aand see your GP.
