Twitching when relaxed!!

What is the crack with twitching even when you're relaxed?!?! I was just sitting watching the tv and I felt like about 6 bits of pop corn popped under my skin on my leg. I was totally relaxed!! This has been happening regularly...ok well at least a couple of times a day. Maybe I've always had it and I'm just extra sensitive!!

It's a strange feeling isn't it?
The past couple of days my eye has been twitching a couple of times a day. I really don't know if it's happened before and I just took no notice!!
I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, just one of those weird things that happen sometimes!!!

Yeah it is!! Obviously if it lasts more than a couple of sections, I can feel the panic start!! I'm really sick of noticing every little twitch, ache, flutter, hot, cold, headache!! Before all of this anxiety, if I had a headache I would have popped a couple of pills and thought nothing else of it!! :( xx

I get it too..i get it in my upper back,its like something under my skin..x

I get random twitches all the time. It's nothing to worry about. :)
