OMG is all i can say right now im so glad i found this site, for 3 months i have been driving myself insane with what has now been diagnosed as ectopic beats, 12 years ago i suffered terrible panic attacks and couldnt go out for 2 years over a period of time, i was able to be just normal, although still feel some anxiety, back in January this year i was really unwell and convinced id had some kind of stroke, luckily it wasnt but since then i have had these ectopic beats and thought as you do something alot worse, wasnt going to see my kids grow up etc, i have been told that these ectopic ebeats are safe and harmless and just to go with them, but does anyone know do they just go or do you have them for life, it must be my anxiety coming back from all the worry over when iw as unwell, who knows im just glad that i aint going mad, Cardiologist did another ecg monday and said that all was ok but to stop caffeine etc.
