hi, i',m zoobs and i hear voices. i am diagnosed with schizophrenia, and most of the time my voices are nice and positive and friendly, but sometimes they can be nasty and torture me for two whole days and nights, in which case i dose myself up on my maximun reccomended dose of risperdal for four days and they usually go away after four or five days. i also find that distraction and talking helps when i hear the nasty voices.
