hi im kate im 26 suffered with depression for 5 years and panic and anxiety for the last 2 and half years im currently 22 weeks pregnant and finding my anxiety is getting worse!

im glad i came across this site and i can see other people also have similar problems and im not just a mad woman :)

No your not mad, Im 39 with six kids suffer from panic disorder, gad, social anxiety. Just starting my fourth round of ssri, and finally referred to cbt. Only had one bout of depression and that was enough for me. Im a newbie here but if you ever want to chat or bounce things around dont hesitate, hugs for now x
