Scrolling thoughts.

Hello all has anyone else ever closed their eyes and sort of found that their thoughts seem to scroll at a thousand miles an hour . I would appreciate any thoughts on this .Thanks chris.

Yes. Although they seem to be on a repetitive loop about the same things- all intersected by little flashes of panic when I 'loop' around to one of my scarier thoughts. The doc said to me that when you are not suffering from depression your thoughts flit from one thing to another without you taking notice of it x
