tight cheek anybody esle??

had a migraine tuesday. and headache today moderate headache and am experiencing a tight left cheek when i smile it feels tight or pressure. cud this be due to the migraine a few days ago?? or something else like mini stroke :ohmy:

My migrains start about a day before the real attack then go on for days after . Well i should say used to have you tried sanimigrain from your gp they are great .
