For about the past week i have been having slight chest pain here and there but mainly my head has been very woozy and just feeling of tiredness and like its gonna make me pass out.
I had only been getting about 4hrs of sleep for like 4 nights straight and wondering if it has brought these symptoms back. It is just really uncomfortable and makes me feel like somethings wrong. I had been anxiety free for like 2 months also. So now worried its something health wise.
It just feels like my head is really heavy then kinda lightheaded and woozy, and i just get very weak feeling throughout body. Today eating lunch with my gf at a restraunt i started getting woozy and a little tight chest and started to get real hot and sweaty and just uncomforable. I felt like i needed to leave and i was telling her all this and just lost my appetite. I dont know whats going on, any help would be appreciated!
