I am 41 and just saying hello having been looking at the forum for a while. There are lots of good things here and I hope to learn something to help me along the road to recovery. I had a nervous breakdown about 2 years ago and have been a shadow of my former self since. I am currently taking sertraline (on day 3) after having tolerance problems with paroxetine. Trying to take each day at a time trying to believe that it will all be different in 6 months time.
