HEY I'VE BEEN POSTING A BIT BOUT HEADAHCES N NOW THEY AVE SEEM TO B CLEARING THANK GOD BUT NOW I SEEM TO B GETTIN A PAIN A THE TOP RIGHT OF MY CHEST ITS FEELS LIKE A PULLED A MUSCLE OR SOMETHIN. COULD THIS B TENSION ASWELL? N E IDEAS?

had this on and off for 4 years. classic sign of anxiety. great craic isnt it.lol

i know the fear you feel but it is a true sign of anxiety..

i im new to site does any one get chest pain folled by panick attacks then i have to get the blood presure monitor out to check does anyone elce do this
