Just been off work for 4 weeks and thought i made some real strides. I took up exercise again, cut out booze, started new meds and saw councillor again. Returned to what is a slightly different role in work which is what made me go on sick initially as the change caused my anxiety levels to go up. And within a couple of weeks i'm back on sick again feeling anxious and depressed. Wish i could deal with simple changes better as i'm starting to feel pretty useless.
