Hi,

Has anyone tried passion flower for anxiety/social anxiety? I am thinking of giving it a try so looking for opinions from people who have used it. Did you find it helpful?

Thanks

Have you tried Rescue Remedy, User? I think it works better for moderate anxiety - I've found it very useful.

Nic sells it in the NMP Shop.

I bought it after reading it can have the same effects as Serax but just need to see my doctor to ask if it's ok to take it alongside my Propranolol.

Hi, I give my 17 year old son Passiflora, and a good multi-vit, and he is a different person!! He used to have no energy or motivation... now he's happy, and holds down a job he loves :) If he's away and doesn't them for a few days we both really notice the difference...

I read that passion flower is more effective than St John's Wort, but then again that was on the Daily Mail website where every other story is about a z-list female celebrity in a bikini, and their articles are not particularly well-researched at times, so who knows.

So once again, thanks go to the Daily Mail for its accurate reporting.

I tried a herbal remedy that contained passionflower and it was really great. just a few drops and I was all about calm... I don't recommend you produce or fabricate the extracts yourself as you won't know the correct dosage that you can use.
Well, just some advice :)
