headache and feeling unwell

hi can anyone help

i have had headache since last night,
i hate headache i woke his mporning feeling unwell and had to go back to bed.have spent most of the day in bed feeling unwell with it all.

the thing is im now feeling the pain in my ees badly since i come back on the computer tonight nad my brearthing s horrendous i cant stop feeling like i cant breathe or move or not with it p

i was doing so well was proud of myself now im anxiius as anything and i cant cope with having a panic attack 4 weeks without one i dont want one now xx

sorry u are feeling so bad ive had a headache for 8 days it has me worried to the dr said tension gave me motrin 600mg still have headache....ugggg i hope urs go away my anxiety is already high cause i been lightheaded 8 months now headache omg where does it stop.. yes my eyes hurt to ...

hi sorry for late reply im doing ok still higher anxiety but coping with it x sinuses is causing my headache apparently so hopefully should be fine soon x
