I've suffered from pretty crippling emetophobia since I was very young. I'm 22, and am now at a point where I really want to try some methods of possible cure and see if I can get rid of it! A friend of mine had hypnotherapy for depression and emetophobia, although not quite as severe as mine, and says it's completely changed her life.
I'd like to try it, but I'm worried about picking the right place as a Google search brings up a lot of dodgy looking websites, most of them look the same and I don't really know who to trust!
Has anybody had hypnotherapy or heard of a trustworthy place? I live in Oxford, and although I'd travel a long way if I knew it had a good chance of working, south of England would obviously be ideal.
