Red blotches and welts randomly appearing...help

Hi,

I have a problem.every couple of hours red marks keep appearing on my face and neck and randomly over my body.they stay for a few minutes and then disappear just as quickly,they are not painful or itchy.

I need some advice,does anyone else get this ,at my wits end.Any suggestions as to what it could be?

My friend gets this when she is nervous or worked up...I'm sure it is nothing to worry about xx

I agree, it sounds like a nervous/anxiety symptom.
