I've been doing really well recovering from anxiety, depression and panic attacks.

The symptom that has lingered most is a dense feeling in the front of my head. Sometimes I also have tingling in my head or a feeling like my head is full of smoke, swirling around.

I guess this is obviously to do with seratonin, noradrenaline and a variety of other chemicals. I feel though, that if my head and body felt more relaxed that I wouldn't have too much trouble.

One last point. my fiancee used to have panic attacks and she'd lose consciousness and begin rambling. She also lost the power of speech for about 3 days and the use of her legs for about an hour! You'd think that she'd be worse than me, but she got over them pretty quickly and doesn't seem to have had much trouble with them again since.
