Feeling of heat travelling...

Has anyone had the sensation of heat travelling up a part of their body? Not quite like a hot flush...more like someone blowing hot air on you? Is this anxiety, but not quite a panic attack? xx

I would say that is what it is.

I get something similar when I am anxious, it is the speed that it arrives and it does freak me out.

Yes, I get that. Its more like a warm wave feeling but not a hot flash. It doesnt last long but I do get that. I never knew anxiety could cause all types of strange sensations.

Thanks for replying. Yeah, it does come on from nowhere and doesn't last long- it is really strange!! But I am so sensitive to my body at the min that every little thing sets me off!!
