neck :(

is it normal to just get pulsations and pains and aches in one side of yur neck?? i only get them on the right hand side an
d its really worrying me now :(

Tight neck muscles from whatever reason can give you anything from pain to tingling to pulling sensations to a feeling of being strangled or choking.

Mostly the tight muscles are due to tension/anxiety- sometimes its because you have had a draft on your neck and depending on your age can just be from wear and tear as you get older ( 30's onwards).

Your pain will almost certainly be from muscles soft tissue for one reason or another. The list of symptoms is endless where necks are involved and cause huge anxiety to anyone with HA.

I have bad arthritis and a slipped neck disc and started with symptoms in my late 20's and was convinced I had either ms or a brain tumour as it can also cause dizziness and vertigo and I got that with tingling and shooting pains in ear and face but it was all due to the problems in my neck coupled with severe anxiety- double whammy!
