Hello Everyone
First of all just to introduce myself to the forum.. I have been browsing for a few week now and it helps with my condition!
I currently diagnose my self with google (bad i know)! i have anxiety attacks almost daily and its getting me really down.. this site has been a help.
I seem to feel constantly Dizzy or off balance, detatched from the world like im just coasting through, im in no pain what so ever, and i find myself checking my pulse all the time im worried about my heart!
Sometimes my pulse feels really weak sometimes normal. I have low blood pressure 90/58 i think was my last reading which the nurse say is ok and is low but healthy??? heart normaly beats 55-60 bmp at resting.
HELP! anty info would be helpful
