PANICKING right now BADLY i need help had this nervous stomach feeling all day like i need to shoot the loo but i don't go ......and crazy noises like bubble type noises (all above pubic bone) lower back pain
drank pure orange last night which has also kicked off my acid :weep: having bad watery mouth and just can't stop feeling anxious all since last night after i drank the pure orange just got horrible burning type taste in my throat and this watery mouth wont stop i just cant stop panicking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how can icalm down it all started with watery mouth then -
nervous stomach
feeling i need to shoot loo but i dont
head ache
horrible taste in throat
sickly feeling
trembling
shakey feeling
negative thinking
keep thinking am gonna be sick (am emetophobic) n cant eat which i no is also making my acid worse only had a toast at 7am & a small piece f bread with jam at 3pm :(
