I'm worried

Hello this is the first time I have done this but not sure if I am doing it right? I am sat on my sofa with numb left arm, leg and throat I feel very dizzy and scared. Am I ok?

Think it's what I am suffering from have had ECG blood tests this last week due to chest tightness they all came back fine? Not really worried about anything tonight and this has just happened? Is it a panic attack?

What did your doctor think? Did he feel it was anxiety/panic? How long have you been having trouble? Do these symptoms happen frequently or at any particular time?
