i am feeling less anxious and im happy but aching so much! dont know why as im doing all right things!
fed up of wheat allergy as it is in so much things! im pratically starving! ha ha

Didn't know you had actual wheat allergy, just thought you were avoiding it. Poor you, I know just how you feel about having to avoid foods. Did you have allergy testing to find this out through an allergist? Just wondering.
