Hi all
I wonder whether any of you can help me out with a bit of information, either from a personal view, or through other people you've known.
I'm dealing with a union case at work which concerns someone with a quite severe anger management problem. They suffered significant abuse as a teenager and I'm sure there is a connection with the two.
If there is anyone on here who has experience of this and would be happy to drop me a PM (or post on here if you don't mind sharing with the rest of the forum), I would be really interested in getting some other viewpoints about dealing with this type of issue, as it would help me to deal with my union member appropriately.
