not sure if this is the right part of the forum to post this -
I really suffering at the moment, my mind is just constantly full of rubbish and thought just pop in and out and intrusive ones stick around all day, now i started to develop irrational fears which i just cant dismiss i know there crazy but i cant seem to clear them from my mind, i keep worrying i have schizophrenia and my thoughts just seem to revolve around losing my mind and hearing voices and i have started to develop fears of hearing things or my mind being control when using a telephone or watching TV - its driving me mad i know its completely irrational and i had these thoughts before every now and again but just cant seem to be able to dismiss them and relax i really feel out of control
