HEADACHE

Keep getting headaches , especially at back of head. Woke up with one this morning and now scared to go to bed.
Please advise..

Are painkillers not helping? Probably tension-type HA.

You could try massaging your neck and temples

I put a warm ho****er bottle on my head if have headache, do you have any nice smelling candles, I use a sleep spray to relax too and the massage works wonders, I know it's hard but try not to worry as this will make you more tense and headache worse.xx:hugs:

Stress causes most headaches so I'd say so.
From the outside looking in - I know it feels different giving advice to actually hearing it & accepting that it fits, keep occupied with lot's of non visual based activities. If you try to shift your headache by watching TV or using a laptop etc, the chances are you'll wind up getting a headache from those activities.
