IM Confused.

Well isnt anxiety only supposed to happen when your anxious?

Well if so why do i feel out of breath everyday? every minute every second i cant get away from it.

Im begininng to think IF this is anxiety or something else.

Even when i breathe into my hands it dosent make the breathlessness go away! and the doctor said it would.

Im really scared :(

If only this were true - but when you suffer from anxiety the symptoms can appear for no apparent reason and last any amount of time. This is what makes it so distressing. Have you tried any of the breathing exercises or a meditation CD? give them a try you can get some free online. Just remember they are truely awful sypmtoms BUT they can not harm you physically hun.

Even when you think you are not particularly anxious there can be an undercurrent of anxiety.

Learning breathing exercises and doing some regular relaxation can help.

karens right jono. even when you say you are not anxious you are eagerly fearing the next symptom. it i sour fear of these symptoms that keeps us in this vicious circle.

if we did not fear them at all chances are most of them would eventually dissappear. easier said than done i know but true
