Chest pain when moving head forward-really anxious

Hi there Im having chest pain when moving head forward, it only happens then. I am wondering if it is muscular with my neck or something like that really anxious about it.

sorry to hear that you are feeling poorly , is the pain in your neck also ?? have you tried putting some heat ( hot water bottle ) in the area always good for muscular pain .
