Help me plz!

this morning i woke up with heart burn without eating anything, and got worse durring the day. i also feel exusted and really hot! i was wondering if anyone can give me any reasurance? and i would like to hear from people who have simular feelings. (still got the feeling now) SCARED so help me plz!
