Cold Hands?

Hi Guys
Anyone else get REALLY cold hands for no apparent reason? I haven't had it for ages but today it came back even though I don't feel anxious or stressed. Took 1/2 a 5mg Diazepam and it's Ok again.

Hi - my hands seem to alternate between being really hot and sweaty and the veins on the back look really big or being very cold, sometimes dry and sometimes clammy!! Not sure why?!
