i was just stood in the kitchen peeling the potatos so was stood there a while and i felt my knee burning :/ so i looked and it was red and burning up .. ive been really good all day and managed to ignore all my pains n aches ect but just wonderd if anyone else gets this ?? just a random burning red blotch .. let me know please guyss x
