Holidays and Anxiety

Going on holiday soon and wondered how others cope/coped while dealing with constant health anxiety. I dont want to be consumed with health anxiety and ruin it.

Gosh can I relate! I am on holidays now and all i have been doing is stressing thaat i am going to be sick!

I know exactly what you mean. I'm going on holiday for my birthday in a few weeks time & all I can think is 'something is going to spoil it' - 'I'm going to spoil it by being ill & ruining everything' -
When I should be really excited...it's not fair really :/
