anxiety levels sky high

Hi all, i am having a bad time at the mo. Seen a psychiatrist last week who says my h/anxiety stems from ocd. Changed my meds to setraline which i have only just started. I am having really sharp burning pain, almost feels like i have lump in between my shoulder blades, really distressing making me feel out of breath. Has anyone else experienced this. many thanks Jayne

Hey there! I have suffered from H/A for a few years. It is horrible. I do great for a few months, then I have a symptom and go crazy thinking it is something bad. As far as the pain between the shoulders, I have had every part of my body feel weird at some time or other. I read 2 books that have really helped me. I know it is hard, but try not to focus on the pain and "float" past it. Get your mind focused on something else and I bet before long you will be feeling better.
