Burning sensation on feet and hands not constant

Sorry to post again so soon, im struggling at min with anxiety and woke this morning with soreish feet burning at times too, obviously been stressing about it and have it on palms of hands too again not constant.. not sure now what is an anxiety symptom and what isnt... hate feeling like this again!

I used to get a sunburn-like sensation across my back and the tops of my arms. This was caused by anxiety, so it sounds like the sensation you're experiencing might be a similar thing. :)
